Refunds & Returns Policy — Lon’s Comics

Because our inventory is collectible and often slabbed or graded, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. All Sales & Condition
• Most sales are final. We accurately describe the condition of each item and include photos. Please read descriptions and ask questions before purchasing.
• If an item is materially misrepresented (e.g., incorrect grade, damage not disclosed), contact us within **7 days** of delivery with photos and a description.

2. Damaged in Transit
• If an item arrives damaged, save all packaging and email lonscomics@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the item and box. We will review the claim and provide a resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit) depending on the situation.

3. Returns (when accepted)
• If we authorize a return, items must be returned in the same condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise.
• Returns must include tracking and insurance for the full value of the item.

4. Refund Timeline
• Once we receive the returned item and confirm condition, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. High-Value Orders
• For high-value orders we may require signature on delivery and may offer additional insured shipping options. Failure to accept delivery or to sign when required may void certain protections.
