Domestic Shipping
• Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of purchase (unless a different handling time is shown). You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
• Standard shipping times (carrier dependent) are usually 2–7 business days for domestic orders.

International Shipping
• We ship internationally. International shipping times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Packaging & Handling
• We package comics carefully using bubble wrap, rigid mailers, and heavy-duty boxes for slabs. High-value/graded items are double-bubble wrapped and may require signature on delivery.

Insurance & Claims
• Orders above [enter value, e.g., $200] are shipped with insurance by default. For lower-value orders, consider purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
• If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us immediately at orders@lonscomics.com with your tracking number so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Methods
• We offer [UPS/USPS/FedEx/other] and use tracked service for all shipments. Overnight shipping is available at additional cost.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
• Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at purchase. If a package is returned for an incorrect address, customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
